How can I modify information for a domain I've already registered?

Domain management tools from the Client Area allow you to change "Whois" contact and (DNS) domain name server information for all the domains you have registered. Simply choose "My Domains" from the "Client Area" category. My Domains list your domains by registration date. To change "WHOIS" information, click directly on the ICON of a document just to the right of domain name you wish to change, then select the item your would like to change. From this location you can change the contact "WHOIS" or the (DNS) domain name server information. To change the DNS simply replace the existing domain name server information for that domain and click save changes. To change the "WHOIS" contact information select the "Contact Information" button and make any changes from their.

NOTE: "WHOIS" contact changes are allowed only if the domain does not have ID Shield active. To have ID Shield deactivated, please open a support ticket from the Client Area and request this action. Please be sure to include the domain name in your support ticket.
