[WHM/cPanel] CloudLinux PHP selector not saving on cPanel 54 and CL 6.x & 7.x

Problem:
When trying to change php extensions in paper_lantern, nothing saves. I can click Save or Use Defaults and nothing sticks. The save and Use Defaults button don't work at all.

Why:
It seems that the problem lies with two missing javascript files.

Solution:
The minified versions of the javascript files are missing for some reason but the originals work just fine so we just copy them.

cd /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/cloudlinux
cp -a cl-message-handler.js cl-message-handler.min.js
cp -a jsonparse.js jsonparse.min.js
